Medically Fit is a preventative health program that focuses on improving your overall health and wellbeing, 1:1 help modifying your nutrition and routine on a bi-weekly basis and the ability to monitor your progress from month to month.
Our program include three key pillars:
Upon completion of the detailed assessment, we deliver a customized and integrated medical, nutrition and exercise program, bi-weekly consults and customizations and monthly body scans.
